I have a very large background in swimming. From the age of 4, I was swimming and by the age of 8 I was competing. Needless to say from the time Phelps broke his first World Record, he was one of my main inspirations and heroes in swimming. This book was a very awe inspiring book for me showing his highs and lows in his career, and it shows his incredible style in handling every road block that was thrown at him. I recommend this book for everyone, to help you set your goals and reach them, because there are No Limits as long as you have the Will To Succeed.Book Review: Inspirational - Great Gift

Michael achieved his amazing success by following daily strategies of hard practices, skill building, determination, setting supposedly impossible goals and visualizing how it would happen. These are all tools that anyone can use in life. Loved reading the details about the exciting victories and felt the lessons learned with the losses and missteps along the way.

Michael opens up about how he over came ADHD; his incredible work ethic; his DUI and his relationship with his family and coach. I would say that this is a must read for all because of the life lessons that can be applied to ones everyday life. Thanks Michael.
