Vincent Versace's photography is amazing. Watching how he starts with an image and gets to his final result is just as amazing.
In this video set you will watch and learn how to use Capture NX 2 as if you are looking over his shoulder. He covers just about every setting and tool, not just how to use them, but when to use them. He even provides downloads of the original RAW files so you can work on them as well.
His approach is artistic and technical, but completely understandable. You will find yourself zipping through images so much faster after watching this video. It really helps your realize how powerful Capture NX 2 is. I also recommend getting Jason Odell's eBook as the two of these are a great complement to each other.
Well worth the purchase.
