Book Review: BHG Pink Plaid Cookbook is great!

I saw my sister's copy of Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book, known as the "Pink Plaid" and after watching her use the book a lot, I wanted one. I just used it this morning for a quiche recipe. The book has flags for different types of recipes, Easy, Low Fat, Fast, etc. It's up to date, e.g., talks about using deli rotisserie chickens and other current short cuts. Definitely easy to use; lots of pictures; lie flat ring-binder.
This cookbook is good for beginner cooks as well as old-hands like me. I like reading cook books, and I definitely enjoy reading this one.
