This must-have for off-coast mariners has been published yearly since the eighteenth century. It seems to me that Amazon is the cheapest source of the paperback, yet comprehensive, commercial edition, which will be sufficient for most applications.

The content of this edition is identical to the United States Naval Observatory edition.
