Book Review: Love the straight forward and sound advice.

Bethanny has nailed it on the head with her bestseller. She offers good sound advice on food on how to maintain a heathly, sustainable lifestyle. She is incredibly generous with intimdate details of her private life and also shares the secret eating habits of celebrites that she has worked with over the years. She understands what most women are dealing with in their personal lifes and the challenges that we are faced with. She recognises that food can be used in a destructive way and shares her battle with us on how she overcame this. She taught me in 10 simple steps how to; recognise when I'm hungry, what my body really needs, not to be afraid of food and how to get to know myself and what I really want. Most of all she got me off that crazy merry-go-round of dieting. HOORAY... I love her for it! I'm sharing this with all my girlfriends this Christmas. Can't wait for the next book!
