I am getting a lot of good practices from this book. It covers a lot of territory . I bought the audio book and am now buying the print version so that I can refer to it easier. I've done lots of personal development, and the techniques and ideas in NLP rank right up at the top with solid practices that actually make a difference, if you actually put it into practice.Book Review: Good NLP introduction

This is a great place to start if you're interested in NLP and what it has to offer. This book is full of exercises you can do yourself to see the immediate effect of NLP and how you can apply it in your life. It is clear to read and shows you how to use the ideas discussed to overcome some obstacles that may be holding you back. A good introduction to the subject.Book Review: Y-E-S!!!

The heart brakes, the ruts and rats to get rid off, all would have been nothings with this book by my side. Luckily is never too late to make of your life whatever you desire and this book gives anybody who is willing a roadmap to success.

Heard about NLP for years, but never really knew anything about it. This is my first introduction to it and I think it's a fantastic one. It was quick to read and gave me a good foundation of the basics of NLP. If you're interested in learning more about NLP, this is a great book.
