This is better writing. This is absolutely a FANTASTIC book that truly represents the best thinking in NLP. I am an admirer of Tony also. He takes a different tack to some extent (but his message is similar) and his audio tapes are superb. He is so charismatic as to astound, but I just can't get through his written message. This is a very good intro and manual to learning NLP and applying it in your life. There are lots of step-by-step strategies and guides. Eg, are how to motivate yourself (like getting up in the morning or doing your tax early), how to gain self- appreciation and esteem, how to anchor states, and many many more. Easy to understand WITHOUT those technical jargons in many NLP books that often confuse beginners.Book Review: very clear

I found this book to be very smart. It's clarity in expressing ideas is amazing. It gives you things to consider delicatly as if your speaking with a good friend. I highly recommend the chapter on motivation as well as the mission chapter. Ive had Ideas about things but needed to be encouraged. Neuro Semantics has always been based on what WORKS - as established by timeless trial and error - rather than chasing the latest theory. That is what I liked about this book. It distilled the applications away from the fluff and theory. I've learned in 3 hours of reading enough methodology to give me the edge in the collective bargaining agreements I frequently facilitate.
