Book Reviews of NLP: The New Technology of AchievementBook Review: great introduction to NLP Summary: 5 Stars
Wanted to learn about NLP and was recommended this book by a friend. I found it to be a very good introduction, which gave me a good taste of the basic techniques and "tricks."
Still working with everything to get a good grasp on it. Too early to tell if it will work on others (or work on me). However, I did learn what I set out to learn, so I feel this is a five-star book for that reason. If you are like me and looking for a good introduction to NLP, this is a book I would highly recommend.
Book Review: One of the best books on NLP that includes A LOT of useful exercises. Summary: 5 Stars
This book is great in that it not only explains some of the basics of NLP but it also includes 43 different exercises to do while you are reading the book. Most of these exercises can be done quickly and have been, for me, generally quite effective. These exercises are not easy to find online, so it's nice to have them compiled in one place here. For the price of a paperback it's hardly a question as to whether or not you should buy this book, especially if NLP is something that interests you.
Book Review: Excellent Summary: 5 Stars
Now I can recognized the negative messages I have been using for a long time, and I am changing them. The easiest and yet still have to practice is to always follow a negative with a positive, in fact in some cases I have been able to totally not even speak the negative and say the positive. its a great feeling.
I am also looking at and recognizing patterns that I have followed for a long time and which has explained to me the "stuckness" syndrome.
Love this book.
Book Review: Great introduction to NLP Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a great introduction to NLP. It covers the fundamental principles and techniques in a concise manner. There is no fluff, which is something I appreciated. It can be used by novices to learn the "big picture", and as a refresher by those who are familiar with NLP. There are many exercises, and the step by step instructions are clearly written. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning and experiencing what NLP has to offer.
Book Review: A Super Book that delivers Super Results! Summary: 5 Stars
My personal testimony is that I have had a stuttering problem for more than 30 yrs and have always been shy and timid. The exercises in this book did more for me in days than what all of the motivational books, tapes, consultations did in 20-30 yrs! I was originally introduced to NLP THROUGH ANTHONY ROBBINS book Unlimited Power, but got little results. I also highly recommend Success Mastery through NLP FOR MORE Advanced Techniques.
