Book Reviews of the My Life in FranceCustomer Review: Interesting but not riveting Summary: 3 Stars
It was interesting because of the history portions about Julia Child. The portions relating to Foreign Service personnel living aboard following WWII was informative. Nothing about the book itself was written to be a novel, but rather more of an historical memoir of her life. Taken as that, it is fine. Just don't expect it to be a griping, exciting adventure.
