In Neffe's Book "My Happiness is my Sanity" she lays everything out on the line as she uncovers the many layers of her troubled past. This has been the most honest and straight forward book that I've read in a long time. I really enjoyed reading and learning about Neffe's journey to becoming who she is today and the transperency in revealing her life is a good thing. In sharing the trials and tribulations that she went through I believe this book will serve as a tool to pull other people through their situations. Neffe is a living testimony that you can make it through anything. Can't wait to read the next book! She expressed herself in a eloquent manner.
