Book Review: Perfect pocket size book for clinicals and CARE PLANS

This little book (2nd edition)is about the size of your hand and is perfect for the clinical settings and in doing your care plan. I take this book to clinicals with me to get a jump start on my care plans for the next day. It is MUCH better than taking this book:

to clinicals. This book is very easy to use. You simply go to Section One and look up your patients pathology. Under your pathology are each NANDA statement that is appropriate for that specific patho. Then you go to section two and look up each NANDA diagnosis. In that section you'll find your R/T statement and the defining characteristics. Only thing that this book is missing is your interventions you should perform.
