Book Reviews of Mixed Martial Arts: The Book of KnowledgeBook Review: brazilian jiujitsu ! Summary: 4 Stars
This is the most complete bjj book for mma there is. As such its great delivering very good grappling techniques. It covers most of the aspects of a mma fight. However I left feeling theres no much covered about striking techniques and blocks. I understand no book can cover it all.. but that said I would also recommend to check out Fedor's, Anderson Silva, and Bas Rutten's books. Maybe by reviewing them all (including this one) you might have a better picture of the whole game.
Book Review: SO SO Summary: 4 Stars
I was not impressed with this book. It is not bad. It just seemed to general. I think that is why they made BJ's next book jiu jitsu specific. Ok book, but others in Victory Publishing's list are better.
Book Review: Good begineer book Summary: 4 Stars
This is a very good book for beginners. It was good to review the basics. For a intermediate level maybe the book of Randy is more suitable. Good Luck
