I have found Miss Vickie's book to be most helpful. Not only does it contain a myriad of simple and tasty recipes, but it also has all the "how to" information you need to use your pressure cooker properly and effectively. I enjoyed the history portion in the beginning, remembering from my childhood how my grandmother always used her pressure cooker, occasionally blowing dinner all over the ceiling! Thankfully those days are behind us, with many safety features on the newer cookers. Overall, I would highly recommend Miss Vickie's book to anyone who wants to learn how to use their cooker to make tasty, quick meals. It was easy to use and fun to read. Thanks Miss Vickie!
