Book Review: What is to be learned?

I read this book a few years ago and while the stories of this Baba where fascinating I found little that could have been considered actual teaching. I actually never completed the book as it is so focused on the siddhis, the phenomena around him with little that could be applied to better one's own practice or journey through life. So many people think that the ability to perform miracles is the goal. Perhaps it is the focus of the compiler of the book and should not be considered a reflection of who this individual really was, hopefully he was more than a magic show.
