On the contrary, this is not "highway rubbery" as Steve suggests, but a highly educational toy. You will probably have more success with it if your IQ is above 70. I highly reccommend the mindstorms system...but I am having trouble finding the accessories to add to it.Book Review: too cool

I got this for my son and all he does is just sit and play with it. First he built the kit then he got bored with it, tore it apart and now with other kits combined he's made a three foot tall moving dinosaur. The possibilities are endless.

This product is very cool! Sometimes it tries your patience when you're putting a robot together but overall it's great! I think it's fun how you get to program the robot to do different things and how you get to put different sensors on. It's also educational!Book Review: Lego Mindstorms

i just got this for christmas, and i thought it was a wonderful toy. I can sit there and build for hours and i loves it. I would recomend it to anyone. It is also very durable. I accedentally droped the RCX of of a table and it still works perfectally. ThanksBook Review: It's Great!

I think that this thing is great. I just took this as an elective for 4 weeks and I had a blast, I thought that it would be a little bit boring but I was wrong. I would reccomend this item to anyone who wants a chalange or to just have fun building things.
