Book Reviews of Michael Jackson Conspiracy

Book Review: FINALLY unbiased reporting!
Summary: 5 Stars

Anyone who is anyone should read this book! It clearly describes all the details that were left out of the popular news media during the trial of Michael Jackson. It also shows how people conspire together for their own profit, even if it means destroying someone else. So many people stood to make so much money if this man had been convicted, so they convicted him in the court of public oopinion. As a nation, we have become obsessed with celebrity gossip and propaganda, and more and more that is what is being reported, NOT THE FACTS! What happened to true journalism, showing all the necessary information so that we could decide for ourselves? I for one find it offensive, it is as if they are saying that the general public are not intelligent enough to decide for themselves, and that we are dumb enough to believe whatever they tell us! Also, with this trial the media is publicly implying that they feel our justice system FAILED! If you believe that, why wouldnt you fight to do something about it? If I truly believed that a jury was wrong, or paid off, or had some benefit in making a certian decision, I would call it a mistrial! Aphrodite, who was once reporting negative news during the trial, has seen the error of her ways. She reviewed all the court transcripts and documents and realized she was wrong. In this book she gives all the facts you never heard anywhere else. No one even wanted to publish it because they said people would only read smut, not something like this that was to the point and fair. Which, led her to publish it all on her own. She felt it was important that people hear all the facts, not only the smut that they have heard a million times. She took the high road and didnt even mention the many things such as race that others had previously mentioned. I think if you are interested in facts and true journalism, this book is for you. And if not, I think you should read it to prepare and protect yourself from the world we really live in where greed, money and lies are often in control! If it can happen to him, it can happen to anyone!

Book Review: Fantastic Book!
Summary: 5 Stars

I have followed Michael Jackson's career extensively (not obsessively) since he and I were both children and I first saw him on tv. I was only 5 years old and remember the goosebumps on my arms when I heard him sing. I was picked on furiously by some of my school mates for liking a 'little black boy' but I didn't care. I wasn't taught to think or see people 'in color' I new there was something special about Michael. When Black and White came out I couldn't have been happier. There was Michael singing, "I'm not going to spend my life being a color". He tried so hard to spread humanity through his music and I was there in spirit, all along the way.

I have read literally every book (in English) written about Michael and own most of them. A good number I've trashed because they were full of tabloid garbage, containing nothing but speculation and opinions.

This is one book I was very excited to read when it first came out and I have not been disappointed. I have long since hoped Ms.Jones would be asked to put together a very comprehensive documentary for television. Not some of the snippets and bits of drama that have surfaced recently, but a good long one that digs deep into the truth...like this book.

Ms. Jones had the courage to expose the media lies and tell the truth when Michael was alive and her book wouldn't make the money it's obviously making now. She did it for truth, not for gain. That was clear. Where was everyone else? I'll tell you...waiting until he was gone, to write more books full of speculation and cash in...like all the other vampires and leeches the surrounded him in his life. Readers beware the other books written about Michael. Most are shams. If you want to know what's valid, check out Charles Thomson's website. He discusses this and other books about Michael openly and fairly.

Thank you Aphrodite Jones for having Michael's back when it counted. Don't stop now. His children need the truth out there. We're all behind you.

Book Review: The truth is out there, you just need to read it.
Summary: 5 Stars

I finished the book with a heavy heart. It just shocked me so much, how blinded the DA prosecutor Tom Sneddon was by his vengeance, possibly racism and prejudice against Michael Jackson. This child molest case, did not make sense at all. It is scary what people in power can do particularly when they have a prejudice against certain people. What about "innocent until proven guilty" huh?

The accusers' deposition changed all the time, and they said they've been molested but on the other hand the accusers' mother kept praising MJ. And the prosecutors went all out trying to put words in the defense witnesses' mouths that they've been molested by MJ. It was completely ridiculous. And it shocked me just as much, if not more, that the press pick and choose what to report about the trial, mostly negatives and also made things look negative when they were not. And the press simply disregard the positive and strong evidences presented completely.

It also shocked me how unsuspecting MJ was towards people around him. Perhaps because the accusers were children, children he helped and loved so much. NObody can understand how MJ felt, being betrayed by people he loved so much over and over again.

I thank the author for telling the truth about the case. But I think it will be a better read if she did not praise MJ that much. I do not disagree of what she praised about MJ. Just as Ms Jones described, MJ in my eyes, was "royalty", was amazing, almost "had an aura" around him. But so many praises would probably make people feel that the book is biased. It almost felt like it was written by an overzealous fan. In my opinion it will put off readers who already have prejudice against MJ. But if one can read it with an open heart, disregard the praises, look at the facts brought about by the defense lawyer (ironically, witnesses from prosecutors strengthened the arguments by the defense), you will see that this trial was a joke. A waste of tax payers' money.

Book Review: Michael J Jackson - Not Guilty
Summary: 5 Stars

First, let me start by saying that I have had the experience of being part of a jury trail where I was a Juror in a court room listening to a case and then voting on the outcome of the case. A few years later I had the experience of being a part of a Grand Jury where we worked "behind" the scenes to determine if there was enough evidence to send a case to trail. Lastly, I chose to take the time to sit in a court room to listen to a case where the death penalty was on the table for the person that was being accused of, "setting a house on fire that caused the death of four (4) children ages 2 yrs. to 8 yrs. old, their mother and the grandmother.

My point is this, this book is as close as you can get to actually being in the courtroom each day to see and hear for yourself what took place during the trail. We all already know what the media/news reporters had to say which was not about the FACTS = TRUTH.

This is a book that was difficult to put down. After reading some chapters, I felt so overwhelmed, that I had to close the book and take a break to clear my head and recollect myself. I can't even imagine what MJ and his family must have felt day after day of actually LIVING through the trail. Throughout the book I kept asking myself, "Who is this Tom Messereau?" He was/is an awesome attorney. I loved the way he carried himself, stayed focused, kept MJ focused, VERY detail oriented, always stayed with the FACTS and not the imagine of his client (MJ) or who ever was on the witness stand that he had to question.

Before closing, "No, I have never believed that MJ was ever guilty of being a child abuser in any way." I feel that he was to trusting, to soon, with everyone. Kindness is often taken as a weakness and that kindness can easily make that person the victim. It's fine to show kindness to peaple, but there should also be some boundries set.

This book was worth every penny, thanks Ms. A. Jones

Book Review: Truth runs marathons ...lies runs sprints
Summary: 5 Stars

This isn't just another book to just to make some money of Jackson.

No this is one serious piece of work. Ms. Jones gives you a brief synopsis of what you "didn't" really hear or see.

How the media spun the truth of Jackson's dilemma for ratings, sensationalizing stories, and in the court of public opinion, Jackson had already been found guilty.

How an overzealous attorney allowed his judgments to seek out revenge on Jackson at any cost, even reaching for past allegations to rip Jackson's world apart forever.

And an ungrateful street smart kid, who suffered from an unknown cancer, was almost at death's door entered Jackson's life. Jackson offered in kindness his home and the best medical treatments to help him heal. One should have been truly grateful.
Instead the young man sought revenge because the life he was getting adjusted to was now coming to an end. Payback was all he could think about.

Twisted evil minds don't stop there; let's not forget the mother, who is the mastermind in all this...their mother who taught her children so well, to lie and other things...went after Jackson with a vengeance.

Because of his kindness and being naïve and his eccentric ways, Jackson's world had been ripped apart. He was humiliated and scorned. His private life no longer his, was viewed daily in court by reporters' from all over the world.

Will this change the minds of those in the mainstream, no, will it make those who felt he was guilty then, believe now he was treated unfairly, no.

Then again, if Ms. Jones could change, then maybe she can reach one or two people. If so then the book would have accomplished something.

Conspiracy of Michael Jackson is a compelling read. And Aphrodite Jones is to be commended for being brave enough to take on such project.
