A fact of life is that no mere mortal can play like Tommy Emmanuel... the arrangements in this book are a great way to start working towards improving skills to the point of possibly becoming as good as a true Certified Guitar Player. The selections are well thought out and are a terrific starting point for anyone hoping to play some of Tommy's signature arrangements. This book is a fantastic way to build chops and technique while having lots of fun!
One word of caution always use a thumb pick and your fingers... if you try to use a flat pick and fingers you will probably become extremely frustrated. I am biased as I switched from a flat pick to using a thumb pick many years ago and never looked back.
