I LOVE IT... it takes into consideration the regular issues affecting plus size women, also it takes you step by step, it doesn't use "specialized" terms that one can not understand! also it tells you EXACTLY what materials you need and that way you don't waste money in things you will only have use every blue moon!
Overall, this book is worth 10 times its weight in gold!
truly amazed this concept hasn't taken off in regular excersize TV shows...hopefully the will do it soon!
Can't wait until I can afford the DVD set...hahaha,as a financially strapped student I have to wait until my next check of Financial Aid arrives!
