Book Review: Practical Introduction

I am a junior manager and a respected company board member. I have made so many mistakes, and so many achievements, but the prior is more. My manager, at the same time my partner ( another board member ) could not be able to manage me, or coach me as I needed as a junior manager. So, I was looking for someone or something to help me out.
I have bought this book last week, and I have found it easy to understand, easy to follow and very practical ( really; I have lived most of the issues discussed in the book in my relatively short management life ).
It is an introduction book to the management which needs further investigation about the specific topics but it does its job to refer you to these topics easily. And most of the time you won't need many of the topics in too much detail. Because, the book already discusses the practical solutions to the problems we face every day or week.
I recommend this introductory book to any junior or intermediate managers.
