Book Review: My Baby LOVES Maisy!
Summary: 5 Stars
My 6 mo. old daughter is mesmerized by the pictures in this book. They're so bright and colorful and the bold font is even captivating! IT's a good length for reading to a baby up to preschool age. It's not too long, too short, and still maintains somewhat of a plot. I was a little surprised about "Maisy forgot to use the toilet!" part and had to laugh. I'm sure a preschool age child could relate and think that part was really funny, as well as the part about brushing teeth, getting jammies on, finding their stuff animal, etc. I am looking forward to getting more captivating Maisy books for my baby! The first time I came upon a Maisy book I thought it would completely bore my son. Luckily, I gave it a second try around 1-year and marveled when Maisy's Train became a favorite for weeks upon weeks. Now, at 19-months, Maisy's Bedtime is read many times every night. It's one of the only books that I read without modifying any of the words on the page. They are simple, yes, but it's exactly what kids under 2 eat up. I love the small moments of intrigue...where IS panda? And what DID Maisy forget to do before going to bed? Now my son sits on the potty on his own before going to bed and laughs when Panda is found sitting on the windowsill. Wonderful!Book Review: Maisy RULES!

These books are FANTASTIC! My two and a half yr old has been enjoying this series since DAY ONE! No matter what maisy book, she loves it. This one is all about getting ready for bed, brushing teeth, using the potty and a special little teddy bear. These books rule. We've even bought them in italian versions because they are so appealing. The illustrations are perfectly suited to toddlers, bright, simple and cheerful!(I Love Them TOO! ) You can't go wrong with maisy!Book Review: Great routine book for stubborn toddlers

I love this book because it's gotten my 2 year old son to brush his teeth and use the potty before bed. He won't use the potty most of the time but with Maisy as an example he is unusually willing. This book is cheap and underlines the bedtime rituals that most every toddler adheres to: washing up, pajamas, potty, turning off the light etc. My son loves saying goodnight to Maisy and holding on to his panda just like Maisy does.Book Review: Maisy to the rescue - bedtime ritual
