Book Review: Great for the imagination and vocabulary building!

My 3.5yr old daughter loves listening to this. I think it forces her to use her imagination rather than just having everything shown to her in either a picture or tv. I watch her really concentrating hard on listening and she picks up new vocabulary just by listening to the context. Sometimes she uses her new words wrong but atleast she makes an attempt after listening to the story. It's a little difficult to know which character is speaking until "he said or she said" comes up. Since the author narrates the entire story, her voice doesn't really change.Book Review: Worth every penny spent!

I also received our first Audio CD through Wendy's. Finally something of worth given out in the Kids Meals instead of worthless toys. What a great Idea. My 5 yr old has been hooked since. We listen to them in the car and he always ask for it to be played. I have enjoyed going on the adventures with my son and love to listen to them also. We discuss what Jack and Annie had learned on their adventure and he is exciting to hear the next adventure. This is the first Audio series I had ever purchased and can't wait to get the next book series.Book Review: My daughter LOVED this set!

My 4 year old little girl received this set for her birthday and she just loves it. We are about to finish the last story and she is already asking for more stories about Jack and Annie. We listen on the way to pre-school every morning. The stories are so well told that it's easy to imagine all the wonderful places that Jack and Annie travel to in the mysterious magic tree house. I would recommend "The Magic Tree House" stories to anyone for their child.Book Review: Magic treehouse books 1 to 8

The magic treehouse books are fun to read. There are big adventures in each book. The kids go back in time and do neat stuff. I like when the kids find their way back to the magic treehouse at the end of the books. I like that if they are wearing short sleeves and short pants and they are in cold weather, they find coats and things they need in the adventure. Sometimes the people can be nice or mean, but the kids always get away before the bad guys get them!Book Review: amazing!

I originally got one of the stories from a Wendy's kids meal. My daughters, 2 and 5, loved listening to it in the car so much that I decided to buy more. It makes running errands and the drive to grandma's sooo much better. The Wendy's CD also had a song from Magic Tree House the Musical. My 2 year old would ask for "the pirate song" over and over again so I bought that CD as well. They LOVE it. So I recommend that too for any MTH fans out there.
