Customer Review: The book to read when there is no book.
Summary: 2 Stars
This book did not arrive as the merchant (reanimationed) decided not to send it. Instead, I received an email to say that it would cost too much to post and that I was being given a refund instead.
This message was sent one week after I received a message from the merchant saying that the book had been shipped !!!!
I emailed the merchant asking for an explanation but this failed to produce a response.
This is unsatisfactory.
