Book Review: Romance that Made me Cry

I thought this was a very good, fast reading book. It took place around the time of Daniel Boone. It's a story about settling the wilderness and a girl who kept getting almost raped and raped a couple of times who finally finds love. A woodsman and his dog rescue her and she lives with him to take care of his dead brother's two-year-old child.
