Book Review: Good CD with a few quirks
Summary: 4 Stars
I didn't like this CD as much as Allen Holmquist's, but it is still enjoyable. I didn't mind the accent and found his voice to be soothing. As other reviewers mentioned, he uses some quirky phrases like "taking exercise" and "sickly sweet fatty foods" which kind of make me chuckle when I'm listening. I agree with others that the intro and ending music is hokey - reminds me of a music theme to a game show...The Newlywed Game or something. However, all in all it's extremely relaxing and a solid choice for hypnosis / meditation in support of an overall weight loss plan.Book Review: Awesome!!!

This meditation cd has kept me disciplined at avoiding all the bad food and at keeping up my exercise routine. I meditate to it about 5 days/week. Its been a week so far since I got it & have not shed lbs yet, however, I'm sure in more time, I'll notice the difference, now that I am disciplined to reach my target! I'll provide an update later with 5 stars as soon as I see a difference.Book Review: Effective

This CD has definitely changed my attitude about food. I find myself making healthier choices. I also find myself thinking before I eat, determining whether I'm actually hungry or just bored or stressed out. I would have given this CD 5 stars if the music on the first track wasn't so cheesy. The first time I listened to this, I really did go into a deep trance. I was very surprised at how effective it was in relaxing me. I haven't actually lost weight but I don't listen to it everyday. Thought it was much better than other products out there that do similar things.Book Review: Good Tape but generic

Its hard for a hypnotist that sells's CD's for mass consumption to make a specialized tape. This is a good tape but I preferred Mind Over Platter which I felt was more specific to women. This tape will taper mindless eating though.
