An excellent source for negotiating your tour. You can not go to Bhutan without a tour guide (required for the visa unless you are a citizen of India). So you can not make use to travel through Bhutan on your own, but a very good history of the country helps you understand and tour companies are flexible for your itinerary.Book Review: Lonely Planet Guide to Bhutan

The book is new and most informative. It arrived quickly. I have yet to finish it but it appears to contain all the information I need for planning a trip to Bhutan.
