i found this book to be quite inspiring!!! i read it in less than an afternoon. montel gathered quotes relevant to some of the challenges that we face having multiple sclerosis. he includes several short stories. the pictures are pretty, well done. text is quite readable. together, this book is delightful to read and it inspires us to higher levels. at times, i thought to myself that it was sort of hokey. it seems absent of any true content. yet, i found it to be very good. perhaps it would find its place as a coffee table book for ms'ers or for friends of someone with ms. it's certainly not a booklet to provide information and, thus, isn't appropriate for clinicians.

For those who deal with the everyday issues that come along with MS, this book is inspirational and uplifting. Thanks to Montell for getting the message out. I have also found great encouragement in a book of wisdom by Taro Gold titled "Open Your Mind, Open Your Life." I bought the book because I too have MS and because the money was going to a good cause, to find a cure someday. I was hoping it would of told a little bit more about how Montel was dealing with having MS, but I did find it excellent reading.Book Review: Life Lessons and Reflections

As a person who also suffers with MS, I found this book to be a great source of inspiration. I'm buying this book as a gift for all of my friends and family. I appreciate that 100% of the proceeds are going to benefit MS research.
