I checked this book out from the library for my daughter just because I thought the cover looked cute! It turned out to be her favorite book. She is 2 years old but already has the pages memorized! It's so fun to read and the story is so cute! Love this book!!
Summary of Letterbox Lil: A Cautionary Tale
Large, distinctive, cartoon-style illustrations on every page combine with rhyming text to tell the funny story of a little girl who loves to peek into her neighbor's homes through the letterbox slots on their front doors. She sees more than a few weird and scary things, including a big green pet snake . . . a mysterious boy named Davy Brown who hangs like a vampire, upside down . . . and Professor Biscotti, who changes a zebra from stripy to spotty. Letterbox Lil enjoys seeing strange, spooky things, until the day she sees something so unusual that it frightens even her!
