Book Review: Great story with some good lessons for the reader

This series provides an enjoyable story for our daughter. It has also taught her about some of the experiences of those living through the depression years in the 1930s. As well as an historical lesson, it also gives a number of good moral lessons.
My daughter used it as material in one of her history classes.
