Book Reviews of Kick Me: Adventures in AdolescenceBook Review: Hilarious Summary: 5 Stars
How fun is to read something you've been through some time in your lifetime.
This book just sums up most of the funny and awkward situations a person can pass by since their youth up to adult life.
Take some time to relax and get to know a litle bit more about yourself, read this book. ;-)
Enjoy it.
Book Review: That WAS then! Summary: 5 Stars
I MISS FREAKS & GEEKS! I think it was cancelled because it was written too well! TV and good writing are like oil and water! His book is a must read especially for those who grew up during the 70s! Feig's writing is bittersweetly reminiscent and if he writes more books I'll buy 'em! I know these people!
Book Review: Laugh out loud, can't catch your breath funny! Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't laughed that hard in years! When Paul Feig described the army surplus toilet paper that his family used as having "the softness and absorbency of typing paper and acted more like a frosting spreader" I was laughing so hard that I was gasping for breathe. And that was only the tip of the iceberg! Excellent book!!
Book Review: Way too real for me. Summary: 5 Stars
This book perfectly captures growing up as a suburban geek in the late 1970's and early 1980's. A must read for serious fan of Freaks and Geeks - this is very much a prequel to the series. Read this memoir and find the seeds to the fictional series.
Book Review: Buy this if you were in junior high in the 1970's Summary: 5 Stars
Book by the creator of freaks and Geeks.Very funny and grim, I dont know how he survived childhood.I laughed so hard that I cried.Remember your first time being naked in a locker room?Paul does and it's beautifully horrible.
