What a wonderful book with fun, simple exercises to give our bodies energy and OXYGEN. My energy has lifted up, inspiring me to exercise more which gets me breathing more deeply and fully...which then relaxes and centers my thoughts and emotions. Reading Pam's book inspired me to learn yoga which has healthfully helped my body. Better than "just losing weight", this book inspires greater positive health and well-being. Plus, I like using some of her breathing exercises while I'm driving or standing in a line! Great book, Pam Grout!
