I recently finished reading Tim Grover's jump attack program and was very impressed. It is a unique blend of weights, pyrometrics, & stretching. No real secrets (except timed sets instead of reps) just discipline, focus, and hard work. Tim Grover is 'the guy' in the professional athletic world that the best of the best athletes turn to for advice and training. He's trained Jordan, Kobe & is responsible for Dwayne Wade's recent explosive comeback to be perhaps the best basketball player in the world right now. I turned to him because he is simply the best & I'm sure his program will reflect it. I'm going to put his program to the test and write a pt. 2 review after I have finished.
I've been lifting very hard for around 2 months & this alone has increased my vertical enough for me to dunk for the first time off two feet. I'm a 5'11 point guard who is beginning my offseason training with the jump attack program on 5/11/09. I'll be back with results around late August.
