I purchased this book to use with my juicer. It's only been 2 weeks, and I have had such a great time with this book. There are recipes for ever kind of aliment you can think of. Even after 2 weeks, I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair, nails and body in general. This man has been involved in juicing since the 1940's! He knows what he is talking about from personal, hands on experience. This is a "must read" to learn about juicing quickly and easily. I keep it handy and use it daily to look up recipes and amounts/serving, or for facts I keep forgetting about a fruit or vegetable!Book Review: So much for so little!

An easy to use index helps you find the right recipe for your particular health needs and wants and you also get a brief overall philosophy to keep in mind concerning which ingredients always go together well.
