If however you are hoping to learn anything about skilfull manipulation of a sword, or you are looking to read some objective documented research into Japanese history, save your money. This book offers very little of use to any serious martial artist.

Hidden Essence of the Martial Arts and the Spirit of the SamuraiJapanese history is replete with great sword masters.
