My 3yr old recognized Todd Parr as the author just by the illustrations. We have one other Todd Parr book, which my son also loves. I was quite impressed with Liam's memory of the author and his dog - we had to find the dog's picture at the back of the book right away!
Great book, great examples of differences, and we welcome every chance to talk to our son about differences being NORMALS. Todd's view of things, simplifying differences to show similarities is fresh and easy for kids to understand. I highly recommend this book, or anything by him.
