Book Review: Amazing Teaching Tool!
Summary: 5 Stars
I have used this book with my 5th grade classroom for three years now. I am amazed at how much my students learn and love these maps. We just finished an integrated Social Studies/Language Arts Unit on Immigration. The 3-D map the students made of the US and focusing on Ellis and Angel Island added much to the study. The maps also give those students that are especially creative a chance to shine as well as give the students that are not a chance to create something lovely that might be a little out of the box for them. OH I just WISH THERE WERE MORE OF THESE
