Book Reviews of Inkheart (Inkheart Trilogy)Book Review: THE BEST BOOK 5 Stars
OMG!!!!!I thought that ths book was the best book ever everytime I would read if I couldnt get to sleep.I even put it under my pillow when I went to sleep just like Meggie did. When I finished the book I was disappointed that it was over! Then I heard about Inkspell. Which is the second book I am still reading it and I love I always wish that I could read myself in to stories like You have got to read Inkheart and Inkspell!!!!!!! They are the best and Cornelia Funke is the best author if you are looking for a book that will take you away from our world and into theirs than this is your TO READ IT OUT LOUD!
Book Review: This is so awesome! Summary: 5 Stars
Like I said in the title, this book is so awesome! It's about a girl, Meggie, who's father, Mo, can read people and things out of books. Her mother was "read" into a book called Inkheart, sacrificed for two villians by the names of Capricorn and Basta. The third man, Dustfinger, is my favorite character because he is the coolest fire-eater ever to exist!
Then, Dustfinger, Meggie, and Mo go to Elinor Loredan's, Meggie's mom's aunt. She is a book collecter and... well, I could just go on forever, can't I?
I suspect it would be a lot easier if you read the book, so what are you waiting for? Start reading!
Book Review: Not just for the kids! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a fantastic read. You can fully believe Mrs. Funke as she twists this compelling tale of people gifted to bring books to life. I love to read and feel books come to life in my mind. Thank you to Cornelia Funke for the gift of this book. My 5th grader read it and loved it. My mom and dad have both caught the bug and read it. Now my 4th grader is taking a trip through Inkhearts pages with my 2nd grader begging to have someone read it to him. Take the time to enjoy this book, it is a must read! For those who have students taking AR tests in school it is high points and great! What more could you ask for!
Book Review: One of the most well thought out stories I've ever read. Summary: 5 Stars
Cornelia Funke had this amazing talent to keep the reader turning the pages without being able to stop. I couldn't put the book down for fear that I would never be able to finish it. This story deffinitly kept me on my feet, wondering what was lurking behind the next corner and who would pop out of the book next. The cunning of foreshadowing and suspense was outstanding and I can say without a doubt that this was one of the most well written, well thought through stories I have ever read. I was in suspense the entire time, even until the last page where I found myself wishing the book would never end. Bravo!
Book Review: Fantastic Summary: 5 Stars
Inkheart by Cornelia Funke (Hardcover)
Ok so I have to admit this book started off slow. Its boring for about the first half. But I stuck it out and read until the end and was so glad I did. This book is so magical you can imagine everything Cornelia Funke wrote down. This book made me think so much it was truly amazing. I love all of Cornelia Funke's books and I'm currently working on Inkspell the second book in the trilogy. If you like fairy tales and magic then this is the book for you!
