Book Reviews of Indigo Slam: An Elvis Cole NovelBook Review: FUNNY MONEY Summary: 5 Stars
I came across this in a special low-priced edition, and snapped it up. As always, the action moves along at a cracking pace, Cole is suitably self-deprecating, Joe Pike is super-human, and everything comes out right in the end. But if you're a Robert Crais fan then you knew that already, so what are you waiting for? And if you aren't yet then you've the joy of finding out. Good, clean escapist nonsense.
Book Review: Always Entertaing Summary: 5 Stars
Another winner by Robert Crais. Don't know how I missed this one, but surely I've read all of his now. Always entertaing.... Once again the reparte' brought a smile and at times a chuckle...Still in love with Joe Pike. Recommend this book, might want to start with the first Elvis Cole if you aren't familiar with this character.
Book Review: Robert Crais does not disappoint! Summary: 5 Stars
The seventh novel in the series is all go go go! The pace is fast, the characters are colourful, the writing is witty, and the plot has its fair share of twists and turns. I loved watching the relationship between Elvis and the three kids evolve...it was both touching and lots of fun.
Book Review: I have read them all Summary: 5 Stars
Robert Crais has never written a bad book.
HIS Crais') BEST is HOSTAGE but I have enjoyed Elvis Costello and his sometimes partner Joe Pike.
I am anxously awaiting The Forgotten due soon
Book Review: Excellent Summary: 5 Stars
One of the better Elvis Cole mysteries. Endangered children, the only thing better than a damsel in distress for Cole and his faithful sidekick Joe Pike. Fast paced!! Highly recommended.
