Book Reviews of IGFA's 101 Freshwater Fishing Tips & TricksBook Review: Clear and Concise Summary: 5 Stars
If anyone is qualified to offer over 100 tips on freshwater fishing, it's Bill Dance. Short and sweet, each tip is interesting, informative, and full of little nuggets of advice that will make you itch to get out there and try them for yourself. The illustrations are helpful, too.
Book Review: GREAT FOR BEGGINERS Summary: 5 Stars
This is not a book for experienced anglers. Good for those who are starting. For the price, and knowing it's for begginers, it is great book with 5 stars.
Book Review: My husband loves this book! Summary: 5 Stars
I understand this book sells elsewhere for $15.99 and up. It is a small paperback version. My husband plans to put in his kayak when he goes fishing.
Book Review: Very focused book Summary: 5 Stars
This book is simple to read and it is very focused. It has short tips that had beed very helpful in my bass fishing trips.
Book Review: If you only fish for Bass Summary: 2 Stars
It would have been nice to know that 90% of this book is related to Bass fishing alone. Not much for trout, crappie, catfish, etc. The author has a long resume of fishing but did not include anything of a personal experience (ie: best lures, techniques, etc).
I'll keep looking for a more comprehensive volume on fishing fresh (and salt) water.
