It's difficult to find Italian children's books here in the U.S. so when I found this series I bought the entire set. It's all in Italian which I liked, but the words are not words that you would typically use for an infant to up to say 3 years, which is the time that you would want to expose them to another language. I found that the words are too mature for them. The Elmer series are better for younger children. A very good book if you can find it is "Pronto?" which is geared towards infants and up.
