Book Review: Beautiful images, Beautiful Story Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this book for my daughter who is still "somewhere out there" in China. I cried and smiled as I read this beautifully illustrated story about how a woman adopted her daughter from China. It's a wonderful story. The one minor problem...no mention of a father in this story as I believe the author is a single woman.
Book Review: A Must for Single Parents of Adopted Children Summary: 5 Stars
This is a special and engaging tale that will delight your adopted little one, in addition to other little ones you want to understand how you and your adopted child came together. It's the only book I've seen that approaches this from a single parent's view. In addition to being a great story, the illustrations are beautiful.
Book Review: A must for single adopters Summary: 5 Stars
A lovely book about the adoption of a little girl from china by a single female adopter. Nice pictures and an easy way to make the adoption story part of 'happy bed time stories'. The words are those you would probably use to discuss where an adopted child came from if your daughter asked you.
Book Review: Touching story Summary: 5 Stars
As a soon to be single mother of a baby girl from Asia-this story just touched my heart. It was nice to read a story that involved single parenting. I think I can can see myself in her place and I hope my daughter to be and my experience is as beautiful and positive as in this story.
