Book Reviews of I Hope They Serve Beer In HellBook Review: A hilarious walk down memory lane.... Summary: 5 Stars
I couldn't put this book down. This was an absolutely hilarious, and sometimes wincingly so, over-the-top account of random "hook-ups" with women that are glimpses of an earlier time in most college aged males lives that, for Mr. Max, seem to continue long past when the majority of us have sold out to marriage, kids, the white picket fence, stable pay check....etc. I found myself thinking during every chapter..."Holy cr**, what if his mother reads this?" Unforturnately fate has a sense of humor and I have three daughters now...maybe I'll have them read this book before they go off to college as a "heads-up" to what is out there. Mr. Max, I'll see you in hell and the first round is on me!
Book Review: The one you fear that picks your daughter Summary: 5 Stars
This is a collection of stories of conquest of Tucker Max the said authormostly around his college years these stories will offend some especially for those of the female gender as they are as the author rude crude and socially unacceptable. Tucker is a mothers worst nightmare and even states that karma will probably pay him back with four daughters who will date guys like him. But saying all that this book while being juveinle is gutbusting tears down your face funny and even if the stories turned out down right lifes they are classics and ones that some can relate to.
Like I said this book is no doubt Rude Crude and worth every penny i Definitely recommended it
Book Review: Good times Summary: 5 Stars
For starters this book is a good read, I rarely read and I knocked it out in a day and a half. Once you start reading it you won't be able to put it down. You will talk about it with your friends and they will be clueless about what you are saying but you will not be able to stop. So eventually they will want to read it and think you are the coolest guy ever for passing this book onto them. If you like to party, drink, sleep with girls, treat others with complete disrespect, and basically live life to its fullest you will kill for this book. Have a good day and next time I see you, you better be Tucker Max drunk (yeah read it and find out what that is punk!)
Book Review: Read the description before you buy! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is great if it's the type of book that you're looking for. It's crude and rude and tells the story of a college guy having the time of this life in all kinds of odd situations.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews from people reading the book and not reading what they expected. If you would read the description of the book you will know that it says exactly what this book is. I also imagine that most of the negative comments about this book are from older generation that have never experienced these types of situations. If you fit into that category go find another book and leave the people who can relate to write the reviews.
Book Review: One of the funniest books i've ever read Summary: 5 Stars
I ordered this book without ever hearing of Tucker Max, it was in my recommendations. I'm extremely glad that I did, I pretty much peed myself from laughing so much. Tucker is a disgusting womanizing drunk that goes through life floating on a cloud. He has no regard for social institutions, manners, people's feelings, and most of all human kind in general. Tucker has no limits, but better yet he has no restrictions. He has no problem spilling out stories that may lead to his demise or that make himself look like a complete disgrace. We need more writers like him in our world that are brutally honest and diabolically funny.
