Book Reviews of I CAN MAKE YOU THINBook Review: Another must buy from Paul Mckenna Summary: 5 StarsWonderful book, easy to read and follow, this is a must buy for everyone who is suffering with a few extra pounds :-)
Book Review: Simply fantastic! Summary: 5 StarsI've been using his system in conjunction with the alli plan and it has been working great for me! So far I've gone from 153 down to 144 in 3 and a half weeks. His instructions are simple to follow and I love being able to eat what I want. Not only will he help you lose weight but he will also boost your confidence!
Book Review: I Can Make You Thin Summary: 5 StarsI Can Make You Thin is an amazing book. It is easy to read in one sitting and Paul McKenna gave me the "power" to be in control of food for the first time in my life. I watched his TV show (weekly shows(5) on TLC) and have lost 18 pounds effortlessly since beginning his program 3 months ago. Before that, I was frustrated for years with trying to lose weight. He uses common sense >> his 4 Golden Rules that truly work. I am finally at peace with food instead of it being "the enemy". I recommended this book to anyone who wants to gain control of their life.
Book Review: Easy Read - but not worth the money. Summary: 4 StarsI was skeptical of the book when I first heard about it, but I tried it anyway. Paul McKenna really makes sense about how everyone should eat. He names the 4 key principles that everyone should follow when eating. They are pretty much common sense key points, but hearing someone else list them out really makes you think about them.
The book came with a motivational CD that was supposed to be subliminal (I think). I didn't find it helpful at all.
The book was an easy read; I read it in a few hours and I wouldn't call myself a fast reader. When I was finished the book, I was a little bit disappointed that that was all I got for the money. Don't get me wrong, I liked the book. I just don't think it was worth the $40 I paid for it. It is a thin paperback book. I would recommend buying a used or discounted copy of it.
Book Review: We Make Him Rich Summary: 3 StarsLots of information here, one of the CD's is nothing but blabbing. The other one is pretty good. I would not buy it again if I had borrowed a friends book.
