Book Review: Beautifully crafted- a real favourite

I purchased this book for my six year old who speaks English but is learning Spanish at school. I also purchased other Dr Seuss in Spanish but this one is the firm favorite. She even reads both books and translates the Spanish to see where the differences are. The Spanish has a beautiful meter and is an excellent translation with licence to Seussisms!
Highly recommended for all children learning Spanish.

This is one of my favorite children's spanish books to read to my daughter because it rhymes! the sing-song rhyming is what draws young children into books when they are too young to understand the meaning of the words. I've been reading this book to my daughter since she was just a baby and at 4 years old, it is still one of her favorites. I highly recommend this book!Book Review: Love it!!

The translator did a great job keeping the fun in the reading of this book.
My 20 month old baby love it. We used to read the
english version before, and since we found the spanish
version and that is the lenguage we choose to speak
at home, we have "Juan Ramon" visits every evening and
a great laugh from my boy.

We've been reading this book to our daughter since she was born (now she's 14 mos old), and it's her hands-down favorite! She shuffles through all of her books to find it when it's story time. This book became my daughter's favorite since the first time I read it to her. She's three and a half years old, and I have been reading this book to her at least twice a day since I got it, a week ago. The rhymes are beautiful and my daughter has memorized some of them, which she keeps repeating during the day. Excellent book!
