This book is a good start for someone who is interested in the paranormal and would like to try some of the techniques that investigators use to capture evidence of unexplained activity. There is helpful information on forming an investigative group and lists equipment that someone might wish to purchase. Richard Southall does a good job of describing how to use each piece of equipment to gather evidence. He does also express his theories on the paranormal, and it is interesting to listen to his point of view. I think this is a good start, but seasoned investigators are not likely to learn anything new.
