This book felt a little lackluster. I'm a beginner at cooking and have only used this book for tips on how to do certain things in the kitchen. Otherwise, I turn to my college cookbooks and have this usually sitting on the bookshelf. (I've also been trying to get rid of this to no avail ... yikes)
