Although some of the suggestions in here are relevant, I agree with many reviewers that a good read through MORE magazine would give you the same information.
Ms. Krupp's advice seems very specific to what to do if you are a) living in New York and b) very wealthy. As I am neither, the wisdom of putting on some high heels and heading out in a designer wardrobe are not all that appropriate for me. I am 40, and not a total slacker in the self-maintenance department. But anyone who considers regular shots of Botox to be less than high maintenance and suggests having fillers shot into your hand (yikes!) is not on the same wavelength!
