Book Reviews of How Do Dinosaurs Learn Their Colors?Book Review: Great series Summary: 3 Stars
This is a pretty good book. My son doesn't like it as much as Goodnight & Food. I don't really think it is a good tool for teaching colors if all you do is read the story. You have to linger on the pages and do that yourself, and we all know that all the kids want to do is flip to the next page as fast as possible.
Book Review: Kind of a mystery with how dinosaurs learn their colors from this book Summary: 3 Stars
This wouldn't be my first choice to teach a child colors even if that child was a dinosaur fanatic. The pictures of the colored items are small. The prose isn't very catchy and some of it doesn't seem to make sense even for a board book.
Book Review: Ok book Summary: 3 Stars
It doesn't flow as well as the others, and like others stated, you do have to keep stopping in the middle of the rhyme to help the child find the color they are talking about. Its ok, still cute.
Book Review: This is not a good choice if your trying to teach your kids their colors Summary: 2 Stars
I deliberately chose this book because my son loves dinosaurs and I thought it would be a great way to teach him his primary colors. The dinosaurs filled most of the pages and the items that were used for the "color" were so small that you have to point them out to the child. I won't return it because of the return shipping costs Amazon charges, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.
