There really is no point in me repeating what positive things have already been said about this book--it's written by a great Author and for me personally, I was hooked into the story from page one. All i can say is that i finished this book and moved onto the next far too quickly. I didn't put it down until it was finished.
I used to play the games when i was younger and it was nice to discover the books.
Knowing a bit of the history of the world found me almost begging the characters along.

Who better to begin the Heresy than Dan Abnett, master of war? Nobody. As a first in a series, it is an almost living read, filled with action, mystery, wonder, and so much more.
