First-they (Booksellers-College Park, MD)sent they wrong product. Then when I called to inform them, they said I had to return their mistake before they could credit my card, and then reorder it if I still wanted it. In other words, they screwed up, and I couldn't get the book I needed until they were ready. I needed it for class and had already waited a week to get the wrong item, ( a biology study CD, instead of a History book). I ordered it from Ebay, and got it in two days.
