Book Reviews of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Book 1)Book Review: Take My Word For It!!! Summary: 5 Stars
The wonderful book series "Harry Potter" is about a ordinary boy who one day finds out that he is a wizard. He is accepted into a school called "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" and while there makes many friends. Among them Ron Weasly and Hermione Granger are his best, and don't forget his enemy, Draco Malfloy. He encounters many enchanting and extremely dangerous obstacles. Many of these obstacles are caused by the trouble making lighting bolt shaped scar on Harry's forehead which Lord Voldemort left there when he failed to kill Harry but succeeded in killing Harry's parents.
I highly recommend this incredible and unique book series! Look for the seventh book July 21!
Book Review: Harry Potter Summary: 5 Stars
I first started reading the harry Potter books when I was seven (I'm now 13). At the time I really adored the Harry Potter books and still do, I will of course be reading and re reading the seventh book.
I gave the book five stars because the idea is wonderful and it suits the purpose of being a childrens book. It's probably not the best book I've ever read, but the idea is brilliant.
Another reason for my liking of the book/s is the pure luck that they have always suited my age in depth and violence. Harry Potter will always be remembered and I only wish the idea could have been mine.

Book Review: Everybody Loves Harry Summary: 5 Stars
Harry Potter has taken the world by storm over the last few years. If you are one of the few who has not yet been caught up by the magic, now's the time to start. The story should be fairly familiar: Harry is raised by cruel relatives until he turns eleven, when he is transported to Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. There, we, along with Harry, are introduced to a host of lovable and memorable charcters, from brainy Hermione to bratty Draco Malfoy. Don't mistake this for just a kid's book! Plenty of grownups have gotten in on the fun, too. It's also a great way to introduce reluctant readers to the fun of reading.
Book Review: The book that opened a new world for me... Summary: 5 Stars
The book that started it all. I remember my mom giving me this book when i was seven and I didn't want to read it at all. Then she started reading it to me and i was enchanted by it. Not only the storyline is fantastic, but the way its written just mesmerizes me.
A few years have past from then but I still read this book and its sequels over and over again and its become my favorite series off all time.
also, it opened up the world of reading for me and if it weren't for this book, I would probably be stuck playing videogames all day instead of reading beautiful pieces of literacy.
Thank you JK Rowling.
Book Review: Fun for all ages Summary: 5 Stars
I have been waiting until my daughter is old enough to read any of the Harry Potter books. I had always heard the magical age is 8. I guess that is about right because she (and I) absolutely loved the first book. We read a chapter each night and finished it in under 3 weeks. I wasn't sure that she would like it, given that she has never shown any interest in anything remotely related to wizardry, but she did! After we finished the book, we watched the movie. Harry Potter was a fun experience for both of us, and now I no longer feel like one of the last people on the planet who hasn't read this book.
